Flying Returns is the frequent flyer program of Air India, the flagship carrier of India. Launched in 1996, Flying Returns is designed to reward loyal passengers who frequently travel with Air India and its partner airlines.
Members of the Flying Returns program earn miles, known as "Flying Returns miles," when they fly with Air India, its subsidiary airlines, or its Star Alliance partner airlines. These miles can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including free flights, upgrades to higher travel classes, and access to airport lounges. The program typically offers different membership tiers, such as the Maharajah Club, Golden Edge Club, and Silver Edge Club, each providing increasing benefits like priority check-in, bonus mile earning rates, and additional baggage allowances.
Flying Returns also collaborates with various non-airline partners, such as hotels, car rental companies, and credit card providers, to offer members additional opportunities to earn and redeem miles.
